Math and Literacy Night – Houston ES

In conjunction with one of our school partners, Houston Elementary, The Fishing School hosted Math and Literacy Night on Thursday, October 12, 2017.

The objectives of this event were to expose parents and family members to strategies they can use at home to nurture kids’ love for learning and to boost literacy and math skills. Math and Literacy Night involved more parents and family members in the education of their children and helped them feel welcome as learning partners.
