As a data-driven, research-based organization, TFS strives to provide resources to its staff that enable personal, professional, and organizational growth. TFS University is the framework of our organization-wide training culture. Trainings align with professional, sector and organizational goals. TFS invests in paid training for its entire staff, including part-time program instructors. In addition, TFS University includes full access to technology for our staff, including a 10-seat computer lab, laptops, tablets, SMART boards, and web-based training platforms.
Formats of trainings can include webinars, in-person trainings, and team trainings. Employees are encouraged to conduct independent research on trainings relevant to experience growth goals and career interests.
