Family Literacy Night – Leckie ES

The Fishing School (TFS) hosted Family Literacy Night at Leckie Elementary School on Thursday November 30, 2017.

The objectives of this event were to expose parents and family members to strategies they can use at home to nurture kids’ love for learning and to boost literacy skills. Family Literacy Night involved more parents and family members in the education of their children and helped them feel welcome as learning partners.
